Our approach to support robustness is evaluated through continuous stress testing of our internal communication pipelines. We do not use generic ticket scores. Instead, we measure Problem-to-Resolution Latency (PRL) and Architect Accuracy—the percentage of inquiries handled by a developer without escalation.
Limits of this support model include device availability. While we cover 90% of Snapdragon and Apple A-series chipsets, troubleshooting legacy hardware (pre-2022 architectures) is subject to longer validation cycles as we replicate specific thermal throttling conditions.
